Enjoy the new puzzle. I won't be active for a while, so I won't be able to design any puzzles

I got the inspiration for this puzzle from another post that was shared in this subreddit

I deleted the same previous post because I thought there was a mistake in the puzzle. So I was going to revise it, but it turned out there wasn't. Sorry about that.

Edit: I made a small mistake. The white square at the top left next to the white circle should actually be black. I'm adding this edit because I don’t want to delete the post again. Sorry again, designing this puzzle was truly challenging
