Would you leave a house that’s too hot?

I just got to my clients house and it is 78 degrees in here. The house is basically a sunroom too.. it has huge windows around the whole house. I’ve been here 15 minutes and I’m soaked in sweat. I turned on the air and it’s not coming on. I texted my client and he is not responding. Would it be wrong of me to leave if i get too hot and ask to come back another day? I’ve done this one other time but the homeowner was home so I let her know before I left. I’m going to try to stay as long as I can but truthfully I’m already miserable.

Staying on starting dose permanently?

I’ve been on tirzepatide since January. I’ve increased my dosage every month and it’s working really well for me. I’ve lost 40 pounds so far. My sister was on it last year for a few months and stayed at 2.5 the entire time. She’s starting again and says she won’t go over 2.5. Is that even worth it? Like is she actually benefiting from it if she’s not on a therapeutic dose? She’s wasn’t overweight to begin with but she says she “feels better” on it and it stops the food noise. I just don’t understand the point of staying at the absolute lowest dose. Has anyone else here stayed on 2.5 and had actual results?

I have several clients that are using fiber mascara. I’ve heard that it’s very easy to clean from your eyelashes. Apparently all you need is water! Well, the issue is they’re washing it off in the shower. Once it’s on the shower walls it’s basically cemented there. I can’t get it off. I’ve scrubbed and scrubbed and scrubbed and it won’t budge. I’ve tried Dawn powerwash & hot water, a magic eraser, barkeepers friend.. I even tried to scrape it with my nail and it just will not move. I communicated that I can’t get it off but will continue to try. My client said she’s also tried and it won’t come off for her either! Does anyone have suggestions? The fibers are just continuing to build up and there’s hundreds of tiny black spots at this point. I’ve been cleaning for them for 5 years now and I’ve never had issues with that shower until the fiber mascara.
