Any theories about I envy your apathy?

Whenever I listen it I just feel something I quite name, the same happens when I try to interpret the lyrics and oddly, I don't know what it means.

Are unhealthy bodies now normal?

Maybe I'm confused, or maybe I just want to get this off my chest that makes me feel like the only sane person in a crazy world.

I don't use social media like TikTok, Instagram, or Twitter, but I'm still not immune to encountering "fitness" influencers on the other social media platforms I do use—influencers who, by the way, are unhealthily thin. In most of their videos or photos, I expect to see comments from concerned people, but I only see compliments and other things, even in videos where they promote their eating habits. I don't know if they delete those comments, but when I came across one of them, people were responding with things like, "She just has a really fast metabolism" or "I think she looks really healthy." Just because someone is thin they think they're healthy? I don't get it. This drives me crazy because I'm a trans guy, but it puts a kind of pressure on me to fit into those feminine standards (since I haven't fully completed my transition yet). Does anyone else feel the same way?
