Last night tasting

Everything was super good, really enjoyed the comparison between the wines!

We tasted blindly 2 wines at a time comparing grapes produced in different areas of the world before going on with champagne, burgundy's chardonnay and spur beers!

Two bottles that stood out form toady tasting

Clos Rougeard is on another level than many of the wines I've had so far, it just shines on the nose and in taste, the best word to describe it is amazing.

Rinaldi as well is a Barolo that tastes like nebbiolo grapes: tannins as you hope to find, acidity that keeps the wine going and a body that just pleases you

Yesterday tasting in Bologna at Trattoria del Postiglione

Giulio Ferrari Is super citric, long and with quite a body

Gaia y Rey was a little bit disappointing in the end as after some time in the glass you can only taste vanilla and barrel aging losing the fruitiness

Vietti Riserva is super good, really the definition of what Barolo should taste in my opinion

Viberti Vigna Airoli is the best Barbera from Piedmont, with acidity, length and all the balsamic notes of Bricco delle Viole mga

Valpolicella from Quintarelli is what Valpolicella should taste like

Volpaia is super balanced, with tannins and acidity blending super well

Le Pergole Torte has nothing to declare, best wine of the tasting
