Running form improvements

Anyone has recommendations for someone who can critique my running form? Not just a gait analysis, but arm swing, head position, feet flex, time on ground etc? Essentially i am looking for guidance to improve my overall form. Ideally with video analysis, in gym or track or outside somewhere

A bit of dumb question, but thought I’d confirm. I intend to use Deutschland ticket for the month of May only. I will need to buy the subscription before May 10th and also cancel the same subscription before May 10th to avoid paying for June. Feels a bit strange buying and cancelling the same subscription in the same week. But I suppose that’s the process?

I feel there has been a lot of confrontations in central park lately. Thought I try something different. On my runs during the last 15+ years, I feel a few fellow park users stood out. I run with traffic 95% of the time. Disclaimer, this is in mo way doxxing anyone…just wanted appreciate the kaleiscope of the park:

Regulars:

  1. A tall fit African American dude who runs clockwise, seems to be a super good runner
  2. A shorter POC, often sunglasses, who runs clockwise and also seemed an amazing runner
  3. A bald asian dude on roller blades, often shirt less
  4. one larger build dude who runs clockwise and often shirtless with weights. He is sometimes not as nice
  5. One super skinny and fit elder lady, often in almost bikini running gear in summer
  6. The ski-skater dude who will likely poke my eye out
  7. The karaoke on bike guy
  8. The EDM on a fixie guy

Honorable mentions who I haven’t seen a while:
9. The coach… the guy with the stick encouraging people on…
10. The speed camera guy with QR code
11. An elder lady with a walker who I think does the entire loop
12. A gentleman with some sort of crutches but always in the park walking regardless of the weather.

To me, 11 & 12 are so amazing. I hope they are well.
NYC is an amazing place. I wish humans of NY will feature some of these folks. Would love to know their stories…
