My friend's Barn is located in Suffolk county and is looking for a hunter/jumper trainers with established clients.

About 50 stalls (don't need to fill all 50, but rather just giving an idea of the size). Not huge but decent size outdoor riding rings. No indoor but looking to build one in the next year.

There are several other trainers that run their programs out of the facility who seem quite happy, my friends just looking to add more boarders who also lesson (ie they're looking for board and ring fees)
