Iron sat of 7% while actively supplementing and still can’t get an iron infusion because my Hgb is normal
My iron sat has never been this low before, even back when I was donating blood and having heavier periods. I don’t understand why, when I am so tired I can’t get out of bed and I’m having cardiac symptoms, they still don’t care???

I’m currently helping my dog with his thunderstorm anxiety.

Found this wedding dress for $30 yesterday at Good Will! Cannot believe my luck. I’m going to have to lose a little bit of weight before it will fit, but I’m so grateful to the generous bride who decided to donate this dress. I’d never be able to afford it.
