The seller said there is no washing tags and qr code inside the jersey, I believe that’s a fake?

Anyone know where can I still buy any size 44/48 the last LeBron Lakers Nike Authentic Jersey Icon Edition Gold from official/authentic website?

Thinking to buy this one, it’s £80 with tags on. It is a size 48 but the seller told me pit to pit - 51cm and length - 73cm. Does it sound legit? Thanks!
