Is a replacement possible?

I posted this card I pulled today on r/baseballcards and a couple people pointed out I should try to file a report. When I pulled it out of the hanger there was already really bad whitening on the edges. Would it be worth it even though it’s a 1/1 and I know I wouldn’t get the same card back?
