Ran into a wall…
Hello! I’m in need of some help. Desperately trying to find some sort of birth record (I know certificates weren’t a thing back then), for my Great-Great Grandfather and Great-Great Grandmother, both born in Quebec.
I’ve been able to find a birth record for their son, Philip Fisher, (born in Turtle Lake, Wisconsin, 1885) and it lists his parents’ names as Hector? (Possibly Hechtor or Hecktor) Fisher from Three Rivers, Quebec and Lavina? Murry? (Unsure if this is even the correct name, as I’m having a hard time transcribing, could possibly be Muny or Musey), also from Quebec (Nicolette area?). I’ve been searching for weeks and have come to a dead end.
Any help is appreciated!!
