Going into the Sahara tomorrow, wanting to do night time sky/star shots with GoPro mission 1 pro. Any suggestions on shots or settings I should use?

I see crazy good timelapse star shots on YouTube, not sure a basic set up can achieve.

On a long trip with lots of small flights, got a propeller
Engine and played with the burst slo-mo with mission 1 pro. 960 FPS isn’t joke. This is at takeoff so would assume full throttle.
