Hello! I have this 11ishg long/shallow tank (picture in comments.) Its about 35inches long and sits on the back of my (reinforced) desk.) It is done cycling, just working on raising the KH (and ph) a bit to stabilize. I'm not in a rush. I have another tank thank that is neo shrimp and green neon tetra. For this tank, I'd like something a littttttle more centerpiece-y and/or social? I know if I have shrimp, it limits my options because they will get chomped (I'm ok with some murder, but not enough to discontinue the colony.) But I will be staring at this tank literally all day while I work.

I have a fluval 107 with pre-sponge and optional air bubbler/magic fortune ball in the middle.

What would you choose/at what size schools? My ideal would be shrimp, some shoaling/tiny guys, and a small group of something a lil bigger, but that may be asking a lot. I'm choosing between chili raspbora, pygmy cory, otos, celestial pearl danios, blue dwarf goby? Killifish? Should I skip the shrimp to get more interesting fish?

ETA: I know the water is low rn! It will be filled appropriately.

Got my dad’s results but bc of various things, his follow up appt isn’t for a while. Is this bad? Medium? I know we have to wait for actual doctor but my brain needs like a little prep.

My parameters looks good, with slightly high gh. This shrimp is barely moving, pretty weak and kind of walking in circles. There’s something moving in the chest but it’s my only semi-clear one so maybe that’s just organs? The darker markings are her regular look- it’s the walking in circles/not swimming/weird movement just under the mouth that’s weird.
