Heavy vaper for 6 years, finally quit 16 days ago. I was under the (apparently wrong) impression that the irritability would be a lot less of a problem by this point, but I’m still extremely on edge, snapping at my family, and just miserable in general. If relevant, I was initially on Chantix, but after a week I stopped taking it because of side effects.
To anyone else that had irritability and anger after quitting, how long did it last? I hate that I’m like this, I’m usually not an angry person
