I use the AutoSoft90 infusion sets. I’m always so careful when removing the blue plastic needle cover. But yesterday I accidentally pulled the whole set out of the adapter. So the needle was exposed. I was able to reinsert the needle back into the cannula, but decided to toss it. I figured since I had extras I might as well use a new one. But also I hate wasting supplies.

Wondering if anyone has had success reinserting the needle back inside the cannula and had no issues with their site?
