I gave my watch to someone else for a run and deleted the activity after the run(did not want it to intervene with my data) and now my trends are in the negative. Do i just wait until it fixes itself or can I do something about it?

I got a Coros Pace 4 earlier this week, and I’ve noticed that the “Bluetooth not connected” icon shows up pretty often on the watch.
I’m using a Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 Pro, and Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and location are always enabled. I also keep the Coros app running in the background.
Does anyone know why the watch won’t stay connected consistently, or has anyone experienced the same issue?
