anyone else get sleepy after hot shower?

I’ve noticed a hot shower before bed makes me VERY sleepy about 30 minutes later. It works better for me than most sleep tricks I’ve tried, but only if the shower is pretty hot. anyone else noticed this? is that good?

anyone actually get results from purple light therapy or nah

wife's been begging me for a purple light therapy panel for her back for weeks. finally bought one, no real instructions came with it
she's used it like 5 times, says it helps a little but idk if thats real or just wanting it to work since we paid for it. tried it myself at midnight once and just fell asleep under it lol woke up with a cord mark on my arm
not sure if purple light therapy actually does anything or if we just bought an expensive nightlight. anyone seen real results or is this a scam?

how long should you wait to workout after eating before exercise?

I'm probably overthinking this, but I'm confused about how long should you wait to workout after eating. I've been doing light workouts at home after dinner, mostly walking and light weights.

A few times I started about 20 minutes after eating and felt heavy and a little sick, which was frustrating. Dinner wasn't anything wild either, just chicken, rice, and whatever was left in the fridge. I've read so many different answers on how long should you wait to workout after eating, and they all seem to contradict each other.

If you're just doing a normal workout and not intense training, how long should you wait to workout after eating before it stops feeling awful?

adobe cancel subscription process, am I missing a step?

Hi everyone, I'm paying for Adobe Creative Cloud annually, and I've been trying to cancel my subscription for the past week. I've read that the adobe cancel subscription process is supposed to be straightforward, but every time I get to the final step in chat support the agent just offers me a discount instead of actually canceling. I've tried three times now. I also got hit with an early termination fee I wasn't expecting, and I'm not sure if that's even enforceable under consumer law.

Is there a way to do this without going through chat? And has anyone in actually managed to dispute the fee successfully? I really don't want to escalate to a chargeback if I don't have to..
