AIO that my husband keeps looking at another mom’s Facebook

Hi all! I can’t decide whether to talk to my husband about this or not…

I want to preface this by saying that in our 14 years of marriage, I have never been the jealous type. I just can’t tell if I’m overreacting. There is a fellow soccer mom who I had planned to meet up with so our kids can hang out. She is the nicest woman and absolutely beautiful, which wouldn’t have bothered me of course; however, my husband definitely is attracted to her. He sees her at practice once a week and always has something positive to say about her when he gets home. It’s just the way he talks about her that feels uncomfortable. Then he mentioned that he had looked through all her Facebook profile pictures and that she likes the same nfl team as him. He’s not friends on facebook with her, but he has visited her profile multiple times in the last week. I’m not even sure how many times. I then thought to check our computer’s history and saw that he visited her Facebook right when he woke up this morning. All he can see are her profile pictures.

I just can’t tell if this is something that should really bother me. I just don’t want to say anything and have things awkward when we’re around her. What do you think I should do?

Daughter’s necrotic pneumonia

Our daughter (8 year old at the time) developed a case of pneumonia that turned serious quite quickly and I’m just trying to figure out what caused it. She developed a fever of 104 on a Thursday morning. She had been fighting off a cold so I was concerned about pneumonia and took her in. They did an xray and nothing showed up. Two days later I had them do another xray after her fever would not let up and they told us she had pneumonia. Long story short…4 days later, she had to be admitted to the hospital to get a tube placed to drain her lung and was given IV antibiotics. She spent two weeks in the hospital. I’ve attached a picture to show her progression.

My question is…could this have been caused by chickens? The day before she became sick she went into the coop and was crying and breathed in a lot of that air in before I rushed over and got her out. The doctors said this was likely caused by strep or staph, but they were never able to find out what specifically caused it. I just wonder if breathing that in could have caused her pneumonia. She breathed that in that afternoon and woke at 4am with a high fever. I have just always wondered if that’s what caused this or if it was just bad luck from staph/strep like the doctors said.

Thanks in advance!

Missing her…

I lost my horse, Gypsy, 7 years ago. She was truly such a wise, intuitive, and beautiful soul. The bond I had with her was instant, and she carried me through so much. I miss her every day.
