I would like to be able to view 4 videos per row on channel pages, but only see 3 per row on the homepage (the thumbnails and text is too small for me otherwise).

I found this prior thread on how to change the number for both the homepage and channels, would I be able to change or remove something from this to allow this filter to only affect channel pages, or is there something else I would need to add?

I have been granted my legal name change, and have received my "Change of Name Certificate" in the mail. I was surprised to find a regular postage letter-sized envelope, as the form clearly asks where I want my new legal name to be printed on my birth certificate. I took this to mean that I would also be receiving a new birth certificate as well with the updated details, so will I be receiving this separately? Or will I have to pay extra (on top of the $221 I have already paid) to receive a new, updated birth certificate?

For more context: I live in rural VIC and my town doesn't have post boxes, all mail goes to the local post office for collection. My change of name certificate was sent to me under my old legal name, which makes me think the birth certificate could be sent under my new name??? Any help or insight would be appreciated, thank you :)

EDIT: I gave Access Canberra a ring, and it turns out there was a mistake on their end, I've been asked to mail back my Change of Name certificate, and then they will re-send all the paperwork with the Birth Certificate.
