shower wall is leaking?
3 days ago fiancé and i noticed a small drip forming along the caulk line in our shower. it quickly turned into a steady trickle, and then appeared from another spot above the caulk.
we immediately shut the well pump off and contacted our landlord. landlord has done nothing and basically said that they didn’t know why it was doing that and taking the shower panel off would be “impossible”.
well pump has been off and the leak stops when there’s no pressure in the system. we turn the water back on to do the dishes and shower quick, and the leak starts back up as soon as the water is back.
obviously we are going to keep bugging our landlord and push them to call a plumber. any insight anyone could offer in the meantime would be great, thanks.

- corner shower, no idea when it was installed or who installed it
- very high iron content in the water, not sure if that would effect anything
