PSA for those folks with scent sensitivities.
These look identical to the ones that popped up in AI sometime ago. They went from the bag, to my lap, and then straight to the garbage. If they’re the same as the ones as I requested, they’re impregnated with a scent like a combo of cheap Dollorama shampoo and kid perfume. They’re also covered in glitter which sticks to everything. No stars out of five.
This is the second order in as many days where I’ve received either the wrong item or the wrong size.
Is it worth reaching out to Amazon or the seller? There was a 12 hour turnaround on the shorts so Im assuming today’s delivery for the shorts was a drop ship.
[UPDATE] Loud unexpected knock / doorbell at 7p last night. Intelicom guy hands me an envelope with my white whale… the belt! No idea what happened, but a great ending to a less than, day. [/UPDATE]
I instantly grabbed a fancy leather belt when it popped up in AI. High key excited!! Underwear, shorts, TShirt trifecta badge unlocked!
I went to Staples today, grabbed the envelope from the Magic Amazon Vending Machine, and hurried home. Ripped open parcel and… a pair of THOSE SOCKS :’-(
If anyone has received a belt they weren’t expecting, it’s mine. I’ll pay the postage ;-)
CS removed it from my queue, and I now have two pair of those fancy socks, but sometimes it’s the small things that really get you.
This is probably decades-old news for most, but I thought I’d share anyway (I’ve haven’t tried the plugin).
Over the past four weeks I’ve been unable to see any meaningful Intelicom shipping tracking details via their website. The tracking number is reported as either being invalid, or shows the item as being forever stuck at the shippers depot.
Meanwhile, pulling up the items tracking information via Amazon’s My Order’s page shows exactly where the item is during the shipping process.
Anyone else notice this? Sometimes I need to change the delivery date, and calling Intelicom usually gets the job done. But without an accurate/valid tracking number, they’re unable to assist.
This is the first battery pack I was actually able to order (it was in my RFY). Hopefully it actually ships and arrives :-)
I have an incoming delivery to an Amazon locker facility and it’s marked as have being delivered on Wednesday in tracking details, but in my list of orders it’s flagged as Running Late I don’t see the usual pickup option available in the Amazon app, so I’m assuming the package isn’t actually in one of the locker compartments, and that the tracking details are wrong. Amazon CS can’t pinpoint why there’s a discrepancy, and suggested waiting a few more days to see if the order status changes. Anyone had something similar happen? My hunch is that the item is lost, and that I should just have Vine CS remove the item from my order list.
