I was going over my "Returns & Orders" page on the regular Amazon website (upper right corner) to see what the status is for some of the items that I requested from Amazon Vine (ordered, arriving.., delivered..., etc.) and I noticed a status that said "Return received - We will process your refund in 2-3 days. Once your refund is processed, it can take 2-3 business days for the refund appear in your bank account or credit card statement."

I never returned the item since I never received it nor do I believe that they ever shipped it.

I have had items which were shipped and then after the expected delivery date when I didn't receive it, the status would say something like "if you don't receive the item within 5 days, please contact Amazon" and then later change to "returning to sender" but this item apparently never shipped to me, was not delayed in transit, and they labelled it as a return... which I would never do with an Amazon Vine product even if defective. For a defective product, I would just write a negative review on it and that's it.

Has anyone had this happen to them where they didn't submit an Amazon (Vine) return but Amazon claims that the item was returned?

Sorry if this is a double post, I clicked on "Post" but could not find it on Reddit after posting it.

I joined in November and passed my May Gold evaluation yay me!!! Anyways, I know there were good days before, especially when super frustrated with only 3picks. Now I have 8 and sometimes only 1 a day, then the past week almost using all 8picks. Since starting I've gotten some big picks, like a $280 office chair and recently a power station, great!!! Honestly some of my fave picks are the $4 3pack kitchen sink strainers, $7 dog collar and air fryer/oven replacement trays. I already have like 40 orders, mainly essentials so save having to buy myself -compostable garbage bags, dog tennis balls, knife set, pillow cases, hydration backpack -plus some fun stuff like a mini deep fryer [diet's so gone now lol], portable printer [looked cute], dog rope toys [do they ever have enough] -I guess I just wanted to share that like most of you, I'm grateful and using this Vine opportunity to get both fun and essential stuff ...have a great day and happy picking!!! What happens to the reviews you post during the evaluation few days? Do they count to your past period up until evaluation is done, or do they become a head start​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ for the next while? Does it also depend on when they get approved or is it only posting date? ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

I missed my last​ evaluation period and by the time I remembered to check, it was already done evaluating. So I have no clue what happened that time. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

It’s happened twice now, both products were higher valued items. They both had apps. needed to work the product, one being a movie projector. The one wants to refund me some money, but did not ask me to change my review, but maybe what they are aiming for if I respond. I refuse to respond. Is this mostly a problem with products with apps.? I hide my email, but they still contacted me.

I know the TOS states you must keep an item for 6 months, but how will they know if you get rid of it?

I’m moving soon and have a bunch of vine items that ended up being disappointments and want to purge them before moving.

Do they ever check somehow if you still have an item?

Are your RFY empty today? Mine is... and with all the people getting kicked out... I'm scared to be next!

This is my RFY since last night. I am so tired of getting random useless (urine bag part?) parts AND toners. I finally averaged out my RFY over a month and I get 4 random parts in every RFY per day and 2 toners for the same period. Yes, some days I have 10 items, but it's not exciting if it's full of parts. So, for me:

I would ask Amazon to creare a category called "parts" and one called "toners". but they would only be accessible if you searched that particular category. They would never appear in any of the 3 queues.

What about you?

I have a MacBook and I use Firefox, but when I go to the vine page, I get the “sorry something went wrong” dog page.

I’ve deleted my cookies and browsing history

Regular amazon web page loads fine

Its been well over the jail time limit for too many refreshes

I don’t have any extensions running

Anyone else having an issue loading vine on firefox?

I haven't had any adds in my RFY between 8pm EST and midnight EST for two weeks now. A few are added sometime after midnight.but I use to get a few earlier and now nothing. Anyone else.

I wasn't looking for them for a month or so but now that I'm back to ordering a lot, I was watching for them and didn't see any.

Then the link between mystery items and people having their Vine membership cancelled came up over in r/amazonvine and I wondered if Amazon had spotted and stopped the scam.

Of course, I may just be missing mystery items but haven't noted any chatter about them here for a while.

I have been a part of the program for quite some time and packages being lost was rare up until the last few months. I’ve currently got 3 lost and customer service is no help- I don’t even bother with them anymore.

Any one order the dry shampoo and got 8 in the delivery?

Hey folks, newbie Viner here. I have sort of found my rhythm to an extent and have received and reviewed a bunch of items in my first week. However, I do have a few questions. I submitted my first reviews about 4 days ago and all 4 have been “Pending” for the last 3 days. Meanwhile, my account shows that my insightfulness score is poor. Is “poor” just the default that you start at until your first reviews are accepted and graded?
Secondly, my RTO ratio is like 30%. Am I supposed to be maintaining a 90% or above for the entire duration of my evaluation period or do I just need to have it up there at the end of my 6 months.
I have stopped requesting things until I get my Ratio up but it’s frustrating seeing a crappy ratio and having a bunch of reviews pending since I would like some feedback on my submitted reviews before I start cranking them out to get my RTO up. Additionally, once my 4 reviews are finally accepted, my RTO should jump drastically since I have only ordered a dozen or so items since I started.
I could do a bunch of reviews right now but am afraid to do a whole bunch and submit them if there is something wrong with my review technique, as I would like to know if anything needs tweaking before I submit any more.
If anyone could offer some insight on how long reviews are normally stuck in pending or how crucial it is to keep my RTO up, I would really appreciate it.
As a newb, I just want to make sure I’m doing it all correctly and playing the game the way I am supposed to! Thanks!
