A few weeks ago this I found this neat item on Vine, a cordless air blower. It didn't work properly, and according to at least two other Vine reviews, they had the same issues with it that I had. I sent CS a message; should I review the item and give it a bad review like the others because of it's defect or can you just remove my obligation to review and I return the product? They responded in a very wordy manner, yes they will remove it from my review requirement, and I can just keep the item:

Has anyone ever had this happen? It says I requested a return but I never even received it and obviously I would never request a return for a Vine item... I don't like to contact Vine CS, but what should I do in this case? I don't want this to affect my account negatively.

There are a couple gaming controllers that can't be ordered, and a few other things I can't remember. The big tipping point for me right now is these 5 string instruments. They range from $70 to $300 and cannot be ordered. How is a multi billion dollar company not capable of coding things properly?

This is my RFY today. I don't even know what some of these things are. In full disclosure, I did get a $10 candle, which i took. That will be my 1 item ordered so far this week.

My queue would be pretty empty if it wasn't for parts.
