Just got in, yay! but finding this a bit overwhelming. ordering, reviewing, reviews getting blocked. open a ticket, no response. open a ticket, no response. delays in shipment. cancellations. Overall, minor issues and so far it's been a good and fun process but, just want to make sure that "i'm doing this right" and not going to get myself banned.

Wondering how others are managing this process (or not?). I've been using excel to keep track but I'm wondering if this is overkill.

Sometimes I'll look back at items I've reviewed, right now I was looking back at a protein powder i received that I think was probably a bad batch as it literally had no flavor. I think in the manufacturing flavor was omitted (at least i hope that's the issue). I wanted to see if any new reviews went up and if anyone else noticed this issue, and I saw one giant review that literally reads like gibberish. Very clearly AI, and it doesn't even make sense. Like.. if i didn't look at the listing and was just sent the review, i wouldn't have any idea what kind of product I'm reading about aside from the inclusion of how many grams of protein is in the serving.

Do you guys bother to report reviews like this, or report them at all? I have only reported reviews a handful of times but I haven't reported a gibberish AI review before. Just curious what everyone else does if they see a review that clearly looks like it shouldn't be posted! It's frustrating to see vine reviews like that though as an aside, like people are gaming the system to get free stuff and not put in effort to actually give the item a real review.

Has anyone else had any issues with items that have been delivered not appearing in their Awaiting Review tab? I had two items delivered Saturday and they still haven’t appeared. But on my Account page, the metrics are showing they should be there?

I guess I’ll wait another day to see if they appear and then email Vine customer support to ask what to do?

I have not had one add since Sunday morning. I am not in Vine jail. Reaching out to find people in the same boat!

This is getting a bit ridiculous. I ordered an Ecovacs robot vacuum (exciting!), and it’s vanished after leaving an Amazon warehouse in Hamilton, ON.

Sold by Ecovacs and shipped by Amazon, and this is the second time the exact same thing has happened to me: ordered an Ecovacs robot through Vine a few months ago, “left” the facility at Hamilton, ON, and poof, it’s gone. In reading some other posts around here it seems like it’s happening to others too.

I understand that Ecovacs ships in the standard box (ie: there isn’t a brown box covering the contents), so you can clearly identify the contents.

My question is: is there an organized theft group at the Hamilton Amazon warehouse that is lifting robot vacuums (and other high value items), similar to what happened in Ajax last Winter? (you can look it up, but a few employees stole around $2M worth of product from the warehouse over an extended period of time.) I would have expected that stealing product out of the warehouse would be difficult, but reading posts from others, it seems shockingly common. Has this happened to anyone else? Really disappointing to get a high value “score” that come up so rarely only to have it stolen at the warehouse.

Edit: the shipping went from Richmond, BC to Hamilton, ON, then it ‘left’ the Hamilton facility, then radio silence in both cases. In speaking with customer service, the last time the actual package was tagged was in Richmond, BC, and it was bulk shipped through Hamilton, so it seems that even through tracking says it moved through Hamilton, it appears that the system just assumed it did but it went ‘missing’ after it was scanned into a bulk shipment in Richmond (but disappeared after the scan).

I don't know about other people but it's starting to feel like Groundhog Day. It seems everyday it's the same thing especially in AI. Socks, gloves, some adapters. Maybe throw in some resistance bands. Rinse and repeat. I guess we got the old dated Christmas ornaments the other day. But it's not much and lately it just seems like the same junk over and over. I am getting fed up. Is it just me?

I ordered wide mouth mason jar lids the other day and they arrived today. There's a LOT of them, but I figured I can toss my old ones, etc. I use a fair number of mason jars to store things.

Got them today and guess what, they sent me REGULAR mouth lids. I probably have a dozen jars they will fit. 😡

Why? Why would these be appearing? There must be a reason. There is a very specific and limited niche for previous years' dated ornaments I would think. Seems like they're clearing out stock or something? Some of them are really cute, but it ruins it to have the previous years date on them
