Just curious as to anyone has ever been charged with Environmental handling fee? This morning I ordered Amazon fire stick and I did not even realized that there was charge to my credit card until they ship it. I have ordered a lot of electronics, but never been charged for this fee and it just got me wondering whether I was the only one. It's not a heavy burden, as opposed to things I have ordered via Vine, but just got me curious, that is all.

We are family of 5 and will be moving to Markham (Thornhill) area as of early July. We are moving into 55 year old house around 1700 sqf above grade.

To budget, I wanted to inquire about utility costs per month. I work full time at home and have 3 kids under 12 at home.

1. What would be the typical monthly hydro cost?

2. What would be the typical natural gas cost? We have natural gas range.

3. What would be the monthly or bi-monthly water cost? (not sure how they are billed yet)

4. Is there any other utilities that I should be aware of?

I am at silver tier and my evaluation is fast approaching (10 days). So, today, I have gone through my reviewed items (269), found I have 5 reviews previously approved with excellent insightful is now not approved. So my questions:

1. has anyone had these happen prior to the evaluation and got promoted?

2. do I have to review those items again?
