MD-10 is live in SoCal. Happy to see this one fly again to help us in fire season. Also got my first platinum after all this time.
Hi everyone, I'm a mechanical design engineer by title and have been supporting primarily manufacturing engineering at my employer. I have an AS degree in engineering technology and 8 years experience in design engineering in a manufacturing environment. I'm interested in taking advantage of some company college bonuses and starting an enrollment in either a mechanical or manufacturing engineering bachelor's degree program. Completing a degree would also change my title and pay grade and is obviously a great thing to have in an engineering career.
I'm looking for recommendations for reputable online schools to enroll with. I'm in CA, USA and want to find something that is 100% online if possible. The closest engineering university to me is about 50 miles away through dense traffic and seems unmanageable with my present work load.
I've seen National University, Arizona State University, and University of Alabama offer something like what I'm looking for.
Any other directions I should be looking?
Thanks!
