From B—>A?

Hello everybody. My Chem marks haven’t been that good this year as compared to last, and I feel quite disappointed in myself for letting it get this bad. My grades fluctuate between 90%s, and barely getting 50% and I really want to pass this final exam.

For mocks, I feel like the only reason I got a B average is because I ended up predicting which past paper questions they were going to ask us, so I don’t think the B is a reflection of my actual understanding, as much as it’s a reflection of my luck…

I’m only as far as alcohols for organic chem, and I’m not confident in my knowledge of the other topics either. I don’t know what the best strategy would be approaching Fridays paper. Is it smarter for me to give up on trying to understand every aspect of organic and focus instead on spreading my understanding of the other physical and inorganic chem topics? Or should I dive into organic since it’s the one thing that is SURE to come in the papers? I have a general understanding of intro to organic- alcohols but what if they ask for carbonyls, reagents and all that?

Anyways, I’m going to revise chem on top of my other subjects everyday to try and make some progress, but my other papers (4) that week are also pretty demanding.

Any advice?
