Is it possible to report a seller's response to a review for being false?
I've never left a negative review on anything in my life, as I know it can hurt small businesses, but I had a horrific experience with a seller on Etsy who is otherwise pretty highly rated. I left a very fair accounting of my problems with the purchase, mainly being that the item was made and shipped far later than the estimated delivery date. The seller responded to my review stating that the delays were due to waiting on my approval after multiple revisions - except that isn't true at all, and I okayed the initial mock-up an hour after she sent it to me, with 0 revisions.
I'm just frustrated that she's blatantly lied in her response, and really want to spare anyone else the headache I went through. They were wedding favours, and it wouldn't have been the end of the world if I didn't get them in time, but they cost me hundreds of dollars, I ordered them months in advance of the estimated delivery window, and it was very stressful having to wait at home the week of my wedding because the courier service she used was also an absolute mess.
I'm assuming it isn't possible to report it for being false, as I can't find a way to do it anywhere, but maybe there's something I've missed!
