Help with Mica Powder

Help with Mica Powder

Hi everyone. New to candle making.

Any techniques for making mica powder not rub off?

Made this skull and wanted pure black but cannot achieve that but the mica powder just kinda rubs off.

Also, I cut part of the skulls head off to attach the flower, any techniques to get it level and flat?

Employment Law

On approved medical leave on ltd, my employer sent a strange, i guess you would call a functional abilities form, my doctor felt it was punitive, he just provided a letter not the form, i was already approved through ltd and i had provided them all paperwork needed. I don't think they've ever taken my leave seriously as it is mental health related. Communicated publically inaccurately im on a leave of my own choice and im not responding to them (untrue) There were some issues prior to leave, new leader who went authoritarian mode when started where prior I had lots of flexibility. Worked there since 2015. My doctor doesn't recommend returning. Any thoughts on my legal options?

Hi there! Just joined and have no idea what im doing. Is there a better way to make these candles? One burned itself out. The other is pooling outside the cup. I am using soy wax and wicks from amazon. Realizing there's some science behind this and my brain doesnt compute science. Thanks for any insight!
