cant get cc/mods working
heres how my mods folder is set up. theyre not showing up in my game despite enabling them and resetting my pc.
sorry if i missed something obvious, but i checked the wiki and nothing seemed to solve the problem im having. i downloaded the torrent recommended here so it might be specific to it.
