We took a quick peak in the warehouse and realised it's empty, we've got our top people working on it

My charger pooped the bed, Amflow agreed to warranty it. Knowing what we all know I asked to be informed when the replacement would ship

"We have now received an update from our U.S. warehouse team. We regret to inform you that the specific charger you need is temporarily out of stock.

Our logistics team has initiated a restocking process, and the estimated time for the new stock to arrive is approximately 1 month. We sincerely apologize for this delay and any inconvenience it may cause to your plans."

The "Our logistics team has initiated a restocking process" cracks me up. Maybe its just poorly worded but it reads like 'oh crap, we just checked and it seems the shelves are empty, we should probably get on that'

So, I ordered the 4A charger from Ridewell which came to $130 shipped. Has anyone done this and any idea what the $30 "Gestation Fee" is for !!?? https://www.ridewill.com/p/en/avinox-ycdzbc00012501-4a-168w-charger-without-charging-port-for-pl/1831621/

Charger has died, any aftermarket options

So, it was working yesterday, we had a weird power outage last night and the power brick will not light up when plugged into the wall. The LED will go amber -> red when plugged into the bike. That tells me the bike is talking to it but the brick isn't able to convert the mains power to charge the battery.

Bike is 10 month old, I contacted support (US) and they were extremely helpful, they've created a case and their technical team will review on Monday. If they agree its a warranty it will be about 1-2 weeks to ship a new part out. I have a trip planned to Kingdom Trails in VT next weekend. I'm wondering if there's any 3rd party chargers I can get so I dont have to cancel my trip?

The alternative is to take it to the local dealer, they're shut until Tuesday and their website doesn't list any stock, I'm not sure they will have a charger until I can call them.

'25 PL, resonating/vibrations in brakes

I have about 1000km on the bike, mostly trails but also some hard bike park downhill. The front brake started making this odd noise, almost like metal on metal. I first thought the pads had worn out but there's a solid 1-2mm of material left.

I cleaned everything out which reduced the symptom but didn't fix it. Now the rear is doing the same and braking seems to be all over the place, not very confident at all. Before I go buy new pads, has anyone experienced this?

Edit: PL Pro, Magura MT7

I have a '25 Amflow PL Pro, I saw the recent announcement that the "app" can tune the power output to maintain a desired heart rate range. Couple of questions

It this only the v2 bikes or is it backward compatible?

I dont appear to have a heart rate monitor compatible with my bike, my 'smart watch' wont pair. What has worked for people?
