Been looking at IS 350. 164k. Asking price is 8k…

This is the exact ideal model I would like. However, I am hesitant on the mileage. Thoughts?

34M. Social Worker

Single. no kids. This is NOT including my current 401k (~24k) and HYSA (~40k). I plan on moving some of the money in the high yield into the brokerage.

I didn’t really notice the money compounding until it was at 250k. I work as a somewhat underpaid LCSW but because the benefits at an insurance company is great, I took advantage of it (certification, tuition, matching, after tax contribution ,you name it). I started a new insurance company and learned they have something called ESPP.

I have been fortunate to meet some great colleagues along the way who helped me grow professionally.

Social Worker - Started a new job but got an another offer, thoughts?

I'm an LCSW in Florida and started a new role as in ltc as a case manager about 3 weeks ago at $34/hr. I received a $1,500 sign-on bonus, have a 3.5% annual incentive plan, wellness incentives, and a pretty good 401(k) match. I am still in training. We'll call this Job B. I took this job because Ive always enjoyed doing ltc and it offers a good flexibility.

I was recently offered a Care Manager position at $38/hr working with children at Job C, which is an area I've never worked in but have always been VERY interested in doing. Same duty as Job B but with kids. The start date wouldn't be until August. It is another competitor. They recognize my license and certs. They are not willing to budget on the salary.

There's also Job A (remote, but they are starting to ask to come in office every once in a while). I would describe Job A as the golden handcuff job. However, I dont see much future with it. They laid off 10 out 15 people. There's 5 people left, including me. It is a very flexible job but the organization and growth is terrible. Politics are also kind of toxic. There's only a matter of time before I get let go I feel.

Part of my dilemma is that I was planning on doing Job A and B at the same time. But with Job C, I am not so sure. I would probably quit job A if i were to take Job C.

I don't want to burn bridges by leaving my job B so soon, especially since I've only been there 3 weeks and it is a big company in case i were to go back (it is a big insurance company with actual roles for LCSWs). On the other hand, the new role pays more and seems more aligned with my LCSW background and interests. Job B has slightly better benefits but Job C pays more by 9k roughly. Both jobs are hybrid but Job C seems to ask for less visits.

Would you stay and give the current role more time, or take the new opportunity? Has anyone left a job after only a few months for a better fit, and how did it work out? I fear if i were to leave Job B right after training, it would look worse rather than leaving now - even though Job C doesnt start until August.

I tend to be very indecisive with career decisions, so I'd appreciate any perspective
