I know that drawing humans and creatures in general is allowed (I follow rulings of Sistani marjah) but I've been having doubts about drawing girls, specifically in cartoon/anime style (not realism/potraits)

Are we allowed to draw girls when their clothes are covering but their hair is showing? also it is not drawn with the intention of attracting anyone

(For example: artwork of an anime girl character where her clothes are not revealing, but hair is visible)

When I searched on this reddit and other sites people said it was okay as long as it's not inappropriate, etc. I wasn't able to find an exact answer on the limits. I would really appreciate it if someone knows about this and can answer my question, Thank you :)
