Predated turtle egg nest? Or naturally hatched? Central New Hampshire, next to a brook.

At first I was really excited to find this. But after a quick research online, I’m thinking this is most likely a predated turtle nest :(
From what I read, turtle eggs don’t hatch until August anyways. I have never seen a turtle nest post-hatching, so I don’t know what it’s supposed to look like. Assuming not this, though
