About MALS surgery?

Hello. I have MALS and its getting so bad that I will need surgery. From what doctor said, while this is syndrome is rare, the laparoscopic surgery is quite standard and it didn’t seem dangerous.
But now I’m reading apparently its very dangerous and I’m getting scared. Can you guys please tell me more about it?

Does anyone know one that removes all makeup? Only cleansing water and milks or something that I don’t need to wash off. I absolutely hate gels, foams or anything that needs to be washed off with water cause it ALWAYS gets into my eyes and nose.

This is totally silly, but I don’t know how to wash it off without it getting everywhere. Even when I close my eyes, it gets there and my eyes suffer after. (I’m not even going to talk about all the water around sink and on the floor)

For this reason I still haven’t tried Nizoral shampoo on face for malassezia. It would go into eyes every time.

I have very oily skin with malassezia overgrowth. I used to use Bioderma and Garnier micelar water, but I noticed it doesn’t remove everything, there is still some residue from foundation left.
