Someone else logged in my account and now all the recent songs and playlists are changed. This is not even my native language.

I changed the password and signed out from everywhere but unfortunately not able to remove the login method from code on email. And worried that someone is accessing it....I even keep getting emails from Spotify in different language.

What should I do?
