I am currently experiencing a problem with [the device/software]. I have contacted the service center, and they have advised that they need to reinstall the software to determine whether the issue is related to software or hardware. I suspect the issue lies with the hardware, as the camera lens vibrates during videography. Additionally, reinstalling software and starting everything from scratch on my 7-month-old phone feels like a hassle.
