Rough ride on 2019 Highlander

When driving my 2019 Highlander V6 AWD 48k miles I can feel every little imperfection in the road and it just feels bumpy and rough overall. It feels like it's mostly from the rear but it's hard to tell. I took off all 4 wheels and inspected the bushings, struts, and shocks and they all look ok. Some are showing wear but I'm not sure if that is an issue. Used a crow bar to flex or poke bushings and they all moved/flexed as expected, nothing felt hard.

It has Michelin Defender 2 tires on that are 1.5 years old and 36 psi which I have heard have a rough ride but it seems too rough.

This vehicle should have a fairly soft floaty ride but it's just not there. The only thing I can think could be the issue is stiction in the shocks and struts but I don't have experience with diagnosing that. Anyone experienced something similar?
