There’s a raccoon in a cage near some apartments on third and Winnipeg that my gf and our dog ran into on their morning walk.

She didn’t notice it at first and our dog got close enough to sniff the cage and get hissed and spit on by the raccoon, and now she’s worried about the raccoon possibly transmitting rabies to our dog.

No idea who is out there capturing raccoons and leaving them tucked in bushes
