Need help diagnosing my flowering photoperiods. I’ve been trying to figure this out for weeks.

I’m growing two photoperiod cannabis plants indoors in a 4x4 tent. They’re around week 4–5 of flower (counting from the flip), and both plants have looked a little off compared to what I normally see online.
The two strains are Bananaconda and Sherbet Cream Pie. They are growing under the exact same conditions, and while the Bananaconda is stacking buds a little better, both plants have the same unusual characteristics.
Here are the symptoms:
The buds are much leafier than I expected.
The sugar leaves growing out of the buds are unusually narrow, and many of them only have 3 blades instead of what I usually see.
The calyxes seem more spread apart than I expected.
Both plants have developed some brown/orange pistils, but not an excessive amount.
Trichomes are forming, and the buds are continuing to grow, but the overall bud structure just looks different than most grows I see.
Grow details:
Week 4–5 of flower (counting from the flip)
4x4 indoor tent
FoxFarm Ocean Forest mixed with Coco Loco
Advanced Nutrients Micro/Grow/Bloom with CANNA PK 13/14
pH around 6.5–6.6
Temperature around 80–81°F with lights on and 74–75°F with lights off
Humidity around 55–65%
LED lighting
Both plants were topped, trained with a SCROG net, and lollipopped before flower.
I’ve wondered if I may have:
Defoliated too much.
Had a nutrient imbalance earlier in flower (especially nitrogen).
Stressed them enough to affect leaf development.
Has anyone seen plants like this before? Does this look like genetics, or does it seem like there’s something I’m missing? I’d really appreciate any opinions or similar experiences.
I’ll post several close-up pictures of both plants, the buds, and the leaves in the comments.
