Tool calling does not seem to be working in BYOM model with Gemini 2.5 pro (Visual Studio 2026)

Instead I just see the below kind of response:

Is there any way to view reverse cam and 360view at all times while driving? Right now its goes away after a while and is only available at low speeds. Are there any 3rd part apps that could do this?
