Can my blueberry bushes come back?

I put some blueberry bushes in last year, they were not very strong yet, but they were much bigger than in the pictures. But the lawn people went in before I had any edging around them and mowed them down. Any chance they can come back or are both of them toast?

Carb up day cause binging?

I’ve been strict keto for 2 weeks with intermittent fasting included.
I decided to have a carb day as I was at a celebration. I ate a lot of meats and some veggies but did have some chips and coleslaw that had sugar.

After that, my hunger got outrageous like I haven’t experienced. I tried to satisfy it with meats and that didn’t help so I ate some healthy carbs foods and then it kept getting worse and I ended up eating tons of trash food too.

I want to be able to have carb up days every few weeks without binge eating.

Is it possible?

Dairy free carnivore - tips?

I’ve been able to do carnivore for only short stints and then I fall back to ketovore.

I can not have dairy as I get sick from all forms.

Are there any tips to maintaining carnivore while diary free? I know the cheese is one way to help be satisfied and butter for being full with fat.

Edit to add: my main issue: When I use to have cheese with carnivore, I felt satisfied at every meal. But it caused bad physical effects to eat like inflammation and bathroom issues. When I go carnivore longer then a couple days, I crave bad and veggies fix the craving, even small amounts like cabbage or onion (cheese fixed it too BUT had bad side effects)
