I got him M0W1 on his first banner, and having been hoping for a rerun ever since. I'm so happy he's back, he's now my first fully M6 limited character in any gacha game. 390 total pulls out of the 620 I had saved

Can't find my reddit acc so I'm using whatever this is.
I'm not a regular Spotify user, I don't pay for premium and I have a different music service I pay for instead. However, a lot of friends would send music links via Spotify, so I downloaded the app on my phone. I'd use it once a month at best, listen to one song, and then close the app.
About 8 months ago, Spotify started playing randomly, like cutting into a song I was listening to and playing, or when I would hit the play button on my headphones, would start up instead of the song I had been listening to prior. Not super frequently, but enough that it was an issue and pretty annoying. I couldn't figure out why it was doing that, so I gave up and deleted the app.
The issue now is that Spotify is still playing randomly, despite the app being removed. I know it's my Spotify because it plays the last song I listened to on there, and I know no one else that I live with would listen to that kind of music. I don't think it's playing from a different device through my phone, because I've never connected my phone to my other devices, and whenever this happens my phone is the only active machine. It's been like 3 months of this happening just frequently enough to be a problem, and I have no idea what to do.
Is this a problem other people have had, or is it something about my headphones or phone itself being weird that Spotify support won't be able to help me with?
