I just got my ipad a16 and it’s currently on ios 26.5, is it advisable to update to the 26.5.2 or should I just stick with the current one I have?

Planning on buying the IPad a16, I plan on using it for school taking notes and also for my own entertainment like watching and playing games like Roblox and Minecraft, I’m wondering if this is the IPad I can use for quite some time maybe 2-3 years without feeling the need to upgrade. Lastly I want to know if it’s also okay with google docs for writing essays and other papers.
