I recently switched ISPs and as I was completing my final bill when I realized that I have been getting charged for 2 x Wi-fi Extenders, $5 each, for years. I started service in 2021 and its on every bill I've looked at.
I called customer service and they gave me a run around of course. At first the lady was happy to give me a refund for the last month, then it was 2 months, and we had to argue back and forth for her to graciously give me 2 years, with the weird excuse that they "cant see my bill".
I got to a supervisor and suddenly he could see 11-24, but it was on the bill before that too.
Why do i have to fight to get the money i am clearly owed?
