GT dosing guide and recommendations in general
Hello all,
I have recently gotten into growing Golden Teachers and have taken a largest dose of 1.5 of them. Decently strong but nothing too too crazy. I was looking for info to get into micro dosing for personal mental reasons, working better and not being distracted and depressed, drinking less beer, getting back into shape, and just overall trying to make myself feel better and to actually want to do that and not go back into the loop. Any suggestions on dose and time to take mainly? I took .15 before a run the other day and felt great I think, maybe this could help with my post work routine, and make me feel better to try and gear up for the next day? I am not sure really where to start with all of this. I have half an oz so I have penalty to experiment with. Thanks
