$275 for a $1.25m listing on water with acreage and god knows what else. Clear Capital is clearly high.

Here is the kicker: I went to quote it out for something actually market oriented and reasonable and some shmo already accepted it. Good luck raising those fees when even the mentally challenged can become an appraiser.

Started/finished on blackstone with beef tallow and a small dab of Irish butter during rest phase.

I’ve been holding off posting this but why not. Enjoy this 3lbs tomahawk I cooked for my family on Father’s Day. Seared on blackstone, finished in oven. I don’t have any good sliced photos since we all attacked it. Used beef tallow for sear and “the blend” plus a Montreal style blend all around for crust. Turned out real noice.
