Critical opinions of the Appalachian Regional Commission?
I just found out this organization is more than 60 years old.
As a younger guy that grew up in Louisville and now lives in WV I'm a bit disappointed to find out this organization is like twice my age. Has there been any crtical writing on the organization and its efforts?
