Is it worth contesting a school bus ticket?

My dad was going the opposite direction on a busy, main road (no divider). I viewed the video and he was already in the middle of the frame when the bus came to a full stop. There was a guy on a scooter behind him too and if he slammed on the breaks there could have been an accident.

If I thought he was in the wrong I would have told him to just pay it, but I can't see how he could have stopped in time.

MRIs were ordered from my pcp for my head and cervical spine. I've never had one before and have been postponing it for more than a month. There are stories of people getting hearing damage due to how dangerously loud they can be I have sensitive hearing and pulsatile tinnitus in one ear. I also have never been able to tolerate or fully insert earplugs in my ears. I can't even use in-ear earbuds. The MRIs are for unrelated serious physical issues. I don't want to damage anything else because my body is already messed up as it is.

I've heard some machines have "quiet/silent" scans, but from what I understand, MRI technologists usually aren't trained on them or they're instructed not to perform them.

I heard Canon machines supposedly have technology that physically suppresses the sound or something like that. I saw this article of one just installed in the Bronx. My guess is that's it just for patients of the hospital, but idk:

I'm looking for imaging centers that take hearing protection seriously.
