Anyone has a similar watch face to forerunner or fenix with customizable full fields for Trex 4 Pro 44mm for free? Please, I find it hard to search in the amazfaces app.

Hello everyone!
Did anyone else encounter any problem with the most used button on Trex 3 pro? (Mine is the back button) In the last couple of days it got soft, it does not feel like I push anything and it does not respond every time. I bought it 5 months ago and I only used it at running and gym, and never hit it with anything. Maybe a premature wear problem? I’m thinking to send it to warranty. And what are your experiences with the warranty if you have any?
