Hi. I'm a bachelor guy seeking affordable housing at Panchgani main area (Ganeshpeth, Bhimnagar, Shahunagar, Siddharthanagar, etc.) with basic amnesties (water, light, toilet, bathroom, etc.) Particularly looking for single room or 1rk. I'm happy to share with students & working professionals. Budget: upto 2.5k (sharing) & upto 5.5k (private). I know it's hard to find low cost rentals but I'm really tight on budget. Any inputs will be helpful, thanks :-)

I'd like to know from local ppl of karad how sgm is? Is it a good idea to join there as a young lecturer in one of science dept? How's student crowd? Also, I don't have a bike rtnw and thinking of shifting there, so, are rental rooms available near campus? I'd appreciate any info
