I`m a sri lankan in 20s, and I am a permanent resident in Japan. I grew up in Japan.
I applied for B2 visa and I got rejected.
Im actually in the process of naturalizing in Japan.

When I get the Japanese passport, am I eligible for ESTA?

I know it can be difficult but anyone had similar experiences??
