Hi, as a permanent resident in Ontario, who should I approach with questions related to receiving inheritance money from abroad? Should that be a lawyer or an accountant?

It would be a sum that I would like to bring in and possibly invest in real or business, but I'm not sure what the rules are or if its considered taxable income.
